By creating an account or using Cybria, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Cybria is operated by Xartrizev. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Cybria is

Cybria is an AI chat partner for work, school and everyday tasks. It can be wrong, out of date or make things up, so check anything important. Cybria is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or therapist, and its replies aren’t professional advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Don’t share your account or sell access to it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Cybria to:

• break the law or help others do so;
• harm, threaten, harass or deceive people;
• create malware or attempt to hack, overload or probe the service;
• sexualize minors or create abusive content;
• get around message limits, or scrape, copy or resell Cybria.

Jokes about heists are fine. Real crimes are not.

Plans and payments

• Free: 10 messages a day.
• Plus: ₦900, 50 messages a day, with saved conversations.
• Pro: ₦9,000, 100 messages a day, with saved conversations.
• Pro Max: ₦20,000, unlimited messages, with saved conversations.

Each payment gives you 30 days on that plan. If you renew the same plan before it ends, the 30 days are added to your current end date. If you switch to a different plan, the new plan starts today and replaces your current one. Paid plans do not renew automatically. When your 30 days end, you go back to Free, and you can pay again to continue. Payments are made in naira through Paystack. Daily limits reset every day.

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires it. If you were charged but your plan wasn’t activated, email us with your payment reference and we’ll fix it or refund you.

We may change prices, limits or features. Changes won’t affect a period you’ve already paid for.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to process it so we can provide Cybria, including sending it to our AI provider and saving it to your history on paid plans. You’re responsible for what you submit. Replies may not be unique, and you use them at your own risk.

Our property

The Cybria name, logo and software belong to us. Using Cybria doesn’t give you any rights to them.

Availability and changes

We try to keep Cybria running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, with notice where reasonable.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Cybria at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.

Liability

Cybria is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Cybria’s replies. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date above. Continuing to use Cybria after that means you accept the new terms.
